Giants of the Mediterranean

Every summer, over a thousand Finwhales - the second biggest creature on the planet - gather off the coast of Italy to feed.  The film explores the work of Italian scientists trying to unravel the mystery of these magnificent creatures, and fighting to establish a sanctuary for their welfare.
